Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly has been linked with a summer move to English Premier League club Chelsea.
The 24-year-old Senegalese international centre-back has been in impressive form for the Partenopei this season, helping the club to a second place finish in Serie A under coach Maurizio Sarri.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the West London club are ready to make a move for the former Racing Club Genk defender under the instruction of incoming coach Antonio Conte despite captain John Terry recently signing a new contract.
Despite earning automatic Champions League group stage qualification for next season, the Azzurri may also have to fend off interest from Manchester United and Arsenal if they are to hold onto their influential defender.
Koulibaly made 32 league appearances during the recent campaign, helping the Naples outfit to the second best defensive record in Serie A.
