Juventus defender, Manchester City appear to be back in the hunt for Leonardo Bonucci’s signature.

The Italian international had been a target for Pep Guardiola and the rest of the City management for quite some time, but they ended their attempts to sign him after turning their attention to John Stones.

According to the Daily Mirror, however, the Everton defender isn’t the only player being scouted by the Citizens as they have now revitalised their efforts to sign Bonucci, and are preparing a second offer worth €60 million.

The Bianconeri are unlikely to want to let go of one of their most key men, however City will hope the amount of money they offer could change that.

Furthermore, the player himself could accept a switch to the English Premier League as it was also reported that he would be presented with an €8m-per-season contract.
