Juventus man Miralem Pjanic believes a move to Turin was the best next step his career and is excited to help them win more accolades.

The Bianconeri completed the signing of the former Roma man and unveiled him as one of their own on Tuesday, and it will be the Bosnian international’s second Serie A side following five years with the Giallorossi.

“Now I understand why, in recent years, it was increasingly difficult to stay in front of Juventus,” Pjanic told the press.

“We only work to achieve great things, we want to prove the titles of previous years and win even more.”

Prior to moving to Italy, Pjanic appeared for Metz and then Olympique Lyonnais in France, however he has never won a major title apart from being crowned champion of the French Ligue 2 with Metz in 2007.

“There was no choice but to take a step forward in my career, [Juventus] are a great company with some big players and they will help me become stronger and win,” he said.

“I have made the right decision.”
