Lazio midfielder Antonio Candreva is reportedly interested in joining Inter, amidst speculation surrounding his future this summer transfer window.
The 29-year-old is currently in France with the Italian national team for Euro 2016, where his performances have attracted the attention of some of Serie A’s top teams.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Candreva’s preferred destination is said to be Inter but there is also strong competition from Napoli, who have tabled a bid of €22 million which is four million more than the offer of the Nerazzurri.
Candreva has been a very consistent performer for the Biancocelesti since moving to Rome on a free transfer in 2012 and has even hit double figures in terms of goals in each of his last three seasons but the lure of European football may be one that is too difficult to resist.
