Kevin-Prince Boateng SchalkeFollowing an unsuccessful return to Serie A with AC Milan, Kevin-Prince Boateng has joined La Liga side Las Palmas.

The misfit Ghanaian international had rejoined the Rossoneri in January 2016, having been released by Schalke the previous month, after being indefinitely suspended by the German side in May 2015.

On their official website, the Canary Islands side confirmed the capture and announced that Boateng would be unveiled to supporters at 18:00 CET, after an open training session.

Across his two spells at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, Boateng accumulated a total of 114 appearances, during which time he scored 18 goals and assisted a further 16.

The 29-year-old’s first spell in Milan ended in 2013 when he opted for a move to the Gelsenkirchen-based side.

Now playing for his first Spanish side, Boateng will be looking to revive his career after a turbulent few seasons.
