Blaise Matuidi - PSGJuventus will have to dig out €35 million if they want to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi as a replacement for Paul Pogba.

The Bianconeri are on the lookout for strong reinforcements in the middle of the park as the transfer to Manchester United for Pogba is expected to be completed any time now.

Matuidi was one of Juventus’ targets, and Tuttosport reports that his current employers have placed a €35-40m price tag on the 29-year-old, with no chance of any discounts.

He joined PSG in 2011 from fellow French side Saint-Etienne and has since scored 26 goals in 240 games, providing 23 assists.

Matuidi was part of the French squad that finished as runners-up at Euro 2016 and has won four Ligue 1 titles with PSG, as well as being named French Player of the Year in 2015.
