Juventus midfielder Mario Lemina could be on his way to the German Bundesliga with Schalke 04 hoping to submit a bid for him soon.
The former Olympique Marseille man joined the Bianconeri on a permanent basis earlier this year after spending last season in Turin on loan, but he could be making a swift exit before the summer transfer window closes.
Reports from numerous German media outlets suggest that Schalke will offer €23 million for the 22-year-old in the coming days, in the hopes that it will be enough to convince the reigning Serie A champions to let another midfielder go.
They will hope to keep as many players a possible in the middle of the park following the imminent departure of Paul Pogba to Manchester United.
During his time at Juventus, whether it be on loan or as a full squad member, Lemina has appeared 13 times in all competitions and scored two goals.
