With the Serie A season over and football in a barren land of the next 90 days or so, it is a perfect time to reflect on the thrills, spills, highs and lows of the previous nine months. We can safely say it has been another eventful year in Serie A.

So, in homage to the greats of the Italian game, we invented the Forza Italian Football Awards (previously Italian Football FanCast Awards) to do just this, and in their 12th year, we have had some magnificent recipients of the coveted awards and for your pleasure we will remind you of those lucky few, who managed a year of greatness in order to be given such an accolade.
