After coming close to leaving AC Milan last summer, Gianluigi Donnarumma is set to push for a move again at the end of the season, with Paris Saint-Germain his preferred destination.

The youngster was closely linked with an exit in 2017 but performed a surprise u-turn and penned a new contract to keep him at the San Siro, although that may have been solely a temporary solution.

According to Il Quotidiano, Donnarumma has made his mind up that he wants to leave in order to join PSG, with agent Mino Raiola reportedly working on an exit strategy.

Current PSG midfielder Marco Verratti and fellow Raiola client has also discussed the move with Donnarumma and convinced him that it would be a wise switch.

As Marco Fassone has admitted on several occasions, Milan could be forced into selling several of their stars this summer if they fail to secure Champions League qualification.

Donnarumma could demand a fee in the region of €70 million and is one of the main candidates to depart if the Diavolo are forced to sell assets when the transfer market reopens.

Napoli goalkeeper Pepe Reina is being touted as a replacement for the Italy international if he leaves the Diavolo during the summer window.
