A shootout to clinch a place in next season’s Champions League is set to unfold in Rome as Inter travel to the capital needing to beat Lazio to return to Europe’s elite club competition.
Lazio know a draw will send them into the tournament next season as they hold a three-point cushion over the Biscione, with the two sides having played out a scoreless draw when they last met in Serie A at the Stadio San Siro.
Rafinha, Ivan Perisic and Mauro Icardi will be the obvious threats for the visitors and Luciano Spalletti will need his main men to find their best form in the biggest game of the season.
At the other end, capocannoniere leader Ciro Immobile will provide the main threat for the hosts, and he leads the scoring charts over Icardi with just one goal splitting the two.
