Massimiliano Allegri keen on Juventus reunion with Atalanta midfielder

After winning their seventh Serie A title in a row, Juventus have reportedly joined the race to sign Atalanta starlet Bryan Cristante.

The 23-year-old midfielder, who excelled this season playing for Gian Piero Gasperini team, has attracted concrete interest from several top clubs, including Roma and Inter.

According to Sportmediaset, the Serie A champions need a midfielder with his skills for the next season and are also interested in reuniting the Italian with his former coach Massimiliano Allegri, who launched him at AC Milan seven years ago.

Indeed, La Dea seem available in negotiating the transfer and express also their interest to sign in exchange Juventus midfielder Stefano Sturaro, who could agree his new destination having also the opportunity to play in next season’s Europa League.

While they could face competition from Inter too, Juventus and Roma seem to be ahead in the race for Cristante, who is currently valued €30 million and has scored 12 goals in 47 appearances in all competition this term.
