Atalanta could be willing to let midfielder Bryan Cristante leave for Juventus this summer, but only if the Serie A champions send another someone in the opposite direction.

After securing a seventh consecutive Scudetto, the Bianconeri are already thinking of how to secure another title and have identified the 23-year-old Italian international as a candidate to improve the squad.

However, although Sportmediaset report that the Nerazzurri man is keen on the move, the Bergamo side want Stefano Sturaro to reinforce their own engine room next season.

The 25-year-old is thought to prefer a return to Genoa, where he spent began his career, but Atalanta’s qualification for the Europa League could sway his decision, as he looks to return to the Italian national side.

Sturaro only played a minor role in Juventus’ success last term with just 12 appearances in Serie A, whereas Cristante was virtual ever-present for the La Dea, missing just two league games and scoring nine times.
