Amid talk that Gonzalo Higuain could depart Juventus this summer, the Argentine striker has indicated that the Premier League could lie in his future.

There is speculation that the Bianconeri could look to exchange the 30-year-old with fellow countryman Mauro Icardi, however, London club Chelsea are also believed to be interested in the frontman.

“For now I feel good and I’m happy at Juventus,” Higuain told ESPN. “My daughter will grow up in Turin, for now, but I would like to play in the Premier League.”

Higuain’s immediate thoughts, though, are focused on the World Cup in Russia and after receiving criticism for some crucial misses in the 2014 final against Germany, is hoping his added experience can bring success.

“It is always a dream to play a World Cup,” noted the ex-Napoli striker. “This is my third and a challenge that I now face with greater maturity.

“It is a tournament that we all want to win.”
