The agent of AC Milan’s Nikola Kalinic has admitted that his client has interest from several LaLiga clubs and would be open to a summer exit.

Last summer, the Rossoneri spent big to sign the Croatia international from Fiorentina but things haven’t quite worked out as planned for him at the San Siro.

Kalinic was recently sent home from the World Cup for refusing to come off the bench in his country’s opening game, with Croatia since going on to reach the semi-final and his agent Tomislav Erceg has discussed his future.

“We are aware that there is interest in Kalinic from several teams but we will have to wait and see what happens because it is up to Milan, they will decide on his future,” he told AS.

“Atletico Madrid are interested in him and we can’t hide that fact but Sevilla would also like to sign him. There are several options open to us but everything depends on Milan.

“At the moment, the decision isn’t in our hands. Once Milan have expressed what they want to do, we will evaluate what is next.”

The 30-year-old, who would likely fill the void at the Wanda Metropolitano left by Fernando Torres and the soon to be departed Kevin Gameiro, scored just six Serie A goals for the Rossoneri last season.
