Aaron Ramsey could be on his way to Inter, with reports suggesting the Nerazzurri are close to landing the Arsenal man on a free transfer.
The Welshman is out of contract next summer, with the likes of Liverpool, Bayern Munich and Manchester United all linked with a move for his services.
However it’s Inter that may have landed the final blow, as La Repubblica reports the Nerazzurri met with Ramsey’s agent on Wednesday to discuss a summer move.
It’s believed the 27-year-old is looking to earn €6-7 million a season, and the newspaper suggests both parties have an agreement in place.
While the move would only go through in the summer, it’s speculated coach Luciano Spalletti wants Ramsey as soon as January, a request new CEO Giuseppe Marotta will look to fulfill.
Ramsey has netted once in 15 Premier League appearances for Arsenal this campaign. He has 60 goals in 350 matches with the Gunners since joining the club in 2008.
