With plans to bolster the midfield in the January transfer window, AC Milan along with English clubs Bournemouth and West Ham United are reportedly interested in acquiring Ruben Loftus-Cheek from Chelsea.
The 22-year-old England international of Jamaican origins has only played seven out of a possible 17 English Premier League matches so far in the 2018/19 season and he might consider a move away from the London club to gain more playing time.
According to The Sun, Loftus-Cheek is unlikely to become a starter under new manager Maurizio Sarri in the near future so AC Milan could consider bringing the midfielder on loan for the second half of the campaign and they already have another midfielder in Tiemoue Bakayoko on loan from the Blues.
In addition to the Rossoneri showing interest, Bournemouth and West Ham might try and keep the Three Lions player in the United Kingdom instead of letting him go abroad.
Loftus-Cheek has played 13 competitive games for Chelsea so far this season and has scored six goals despite not playing as a forward.
