Inter have taken the decision to temporarily suspend midfielder Radja Nainggolan for reasons of indiscipline ahead of their game against Napoli on December 26.

The specific reasons for his suspension remain unknown, though the player has previous for frustrating his employers with his off-field activities.

“FC Internazionale Milano can confirm that Radja Nainggolan has been temporarily suspended from football activity for disciplinary reasons,” read an official statement on the club’s website.

The Belgian’s lifestyle has gotten him into trouble previously, notably at Roma, and is thought to be one of the reasons the Giallorossi allowed him to move to the Stadio Meazza in the summer.

Since arriving in Milan, Nainggolan has played 15 times in all competitions and scored three goals in the process.
