Roma’s Cengiz Under is ready to go to war with Juventus in Turin on Sunday evening and he has called on his teammates to be prepared for a battle with the Serie A leaders.
A disappointing recent run was somewhat made better with a 3-2 win over Genoa, which Under is taking positivity from, though the Giallorossi come into the weekend’s action already a remarkable 22 points behind the Old Lady.
“It was a show of character, as we were trailing twice, but were able to get back into it and in the end also win the game,” he said to the club’s channels ahead of the match.
“The most important thing is to prove Roma are still here.
“Juventus are the best side in Serie A, so we need to prepare well.
“It will also be difficult as they are at home, so we hope to put in a good performance and we will have to battle with Juve as a group, showing strong team spirit.”
