With Isco growing ever more disillusioned with life on the Real Madrid bench, Inter are considering the possibility of a January move to offer him an avenue out of the Bernabeu.

The Beneamata have been keen to strengthen their options in midfield, particularly on the creative side of things, and have been linked to Luka Modric and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic recently.

According to QS, they have been monitoring the situation surrounding Isco at Real with interest and are pondering submitting a loan offer in order to add quality to their own squad, while offering the player regular playing time.

That has been extremely hard to come by for the Spanish international of late, particularly since Santiago Solari took over at Los Blancos and in the coach’s 15 games in charge, he has started just two games under the new man in charge.

However, Inter are unwilling to meet Real president Florentino Perez’s €70 million asking price, which is why Giuseppe Marotta and Piero Ausilio want to negotiate a loan deal and then re-assess all options at the end of the season.

Those summer discussions could also centre around Modric, who was targeted by the Nerazzurri last summer, whose current deal in Madrid expires in 2020.
