Juventus are interested in bringing in Aaron Ramsey in January instead of the summer and may be forced to give up Medhi Benatia in exchange.

Benatia was one of Massimiliano Allegri’s preferred defensive options last season, but the return of Leonardo Bonucci has seen the Moroccan’s game time plummet.

Arsenal are reportedly big fans of Benatia and, according to the Daily Mirror, a deal could be done where the defender heads to London in exchange for the Welshman’s early arrival in Turin.

Juventus’ sporting director Fabio Paratici has an eye on winning the Champions League and is placing more importance in bringing Ramsey to Turing during this window.

Juventus handily won their Coppa Italia matchup with Bologna at the weekend and are full of confidence heading into the Supercoppa Italiana against AC Milan.

The Old Lady are doing well on all fronts and, with the possible January addition of Ramsey, hope to become the first Italian treble winners since Jose Mourinho’s Inter did it in 2010.
