STADIO LUIGI FERRARIS (GENOA) – Sampdoria host Torino at the Stadio Ferraris looking for their first points of this Serie A season.

The Blucerchiati have lost all three of their opening games so far, like another five times in history, but they have never lost their first four matches in a single campaign.

The visitors, on the other hand, beat Samp both times last season, and want to replicate their record from 1982, winning three consecutive games against the Blucerchiati.

It will be a battle between strikers Fabio Quagliarella and Andrea Belotti. The former scored four times against Torino, having also played 55 matches for the Granata in his career. The latter has seven goals against Sampdoria to his name, only against Sassuolo (eight) has he netted more in Italy’s top-flight.

Sampdoria: Audero; Bereszynski, Colley, Ferrari; Depaoli, Vieira, Ekdal, Murru; Rigoni; Quagliarella, Gabbiadini

Torino: Sirigu; Izzo, Lyanco, Bremer; De Silvestri, Baselli, Rincon, Meité, Ola Aina; Belotti, Zaza
