AC Milan ended the round on top of the Serie A table with a 4-0 thrashing of Crotone while Inter and Juventus secured 2-0 wins against Fiorentina and Roma respectively.

Lazio needed just a solitary goal to defeat Cagliari, Atalanta were held to a 3-3 draw against Torino, and Napoli suffered a surprise defeat to Genoa.

Elsewhere, Udinese won 2-0 against Hellas Verona and Bologna earned a 3-0 victory against regional rivals Parma.

Bartlomiej Dragowski – Fiorentina

Despite ending up on the losing side, the Gigliati goalkeeper prevented his team from losing far more comprehensively with a number of excellent saves.

Robin Gosens – Atalanta (4 Team of the Week appearances)

Worked incredibly hard throughout the game and looked comfortable in all parts of the pitch. Timed his run to perfection for La Dea’s second goal and made a goal line clearance from a Nicola Murru effort.

Francesco Acerbi – Lazio (2 apps)

Performed well in his defensive duties and was effective in his ball distribution. He also played a part in the winning goal for Ciro Immobile.

Giorgio Chiellini – Juventus (2 apps)

Despite a deteriorating body, the Bianconeri defender showed that he is still a rock in defence when he is fit enough. The Roma attackers struggled to break the veteran’s resolve.

Gerard Deulofeu – Udinese

Remained in the heart of the Zebrette attacks during the match against Hellas Verona. Forced Gialloblu goalkeeper Marco Silvestri into divert the ball into his own net and then sealed the victory with a clinical strike.

Nicolo Barella – Inter (5 apps)

Another commanding performance from the Italian international, dominating the midfield and scored a stupendous opening goal for the Nerazzurri.

Tomas Rincon – Torino

A combative display from the Granata midfielder, who also provided some attacking drive from the middle of the park.

Ante Rebic – AC Milan

The Croatian intenational was involved in the second Rossoneri goal and then sealed the victory against Crotone with a brace of his own.

Musa Barrow – Bologna (3 apps)

Operated as the lone striker for the Felsinei and his double set up for victory against Parma.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic – AC Milan (5 apps)

Laid the foundations for the Rossoneri’s triumph against Crotone with the first goals against the Squali, taking his tally to 14 Serie A goals for the season.

Goran Pandev – Genoa

The Grifone earned a shock victory against Napoli and the evergreen North Macedonian kept his cool to score both goals in the first half.
