Gianluigi Buffon has spoken about his future after Juventus and is looking for something crazy and exciting in order to carry on and keep his passion for the game alive.

The legendary shot-stopper signed off from the Bianconeri in perfect style by lifting the Coppa Italia after a 2-1 win against Atalanta on Wednesday night and is now looking forward to his next adventure at the ripe, old age of 43, having received many offers already.

“When I find something stimulating, something crazy, crazier than me, I’ll go with that,” Buffon told reporters after Wednesday’s success.

“I have had plenty of offers. I still feel good and I’ll continue as long as I possess the traits of a great keeper, I don’t set myself limits, I’ll keep going if I find something exciting. Otherwise, I’ll have no problem retiring.”

The goalkeeper, who recently announced the end of his second spell with Juventus, went on to talk about the importance of the Coppa Italia win, stating it was the one he’d remember the most.

“Ending this way has filled me with pride,” he added. “I’ve enjoyed great times with my teammates and it really is the cherry on the cake. It’s been a very particular year.”
