AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli could be able to spring something of a surprise on Inter as he will be able to call upon Ante Rebic for the first time in six games in Sunday evening’s derby

The Croatian forward has been sidelined with an ankle injury, joining a slew of his Milan teammates on the treatment table. He will be fit enough to make the bench against Inter though after returning to training with the rest of the group this week.

As reported by Calciomercato.it, Pioli will be relieved to have an extra attacking option on the bench to change the game should Milan need it. Rafael Leao has been playing a lot in Rebic’s absence so he may be the man substituted for him depending on how the game is going.

Alessandro Florenzi and Fode Ballo-Toure will also be fit enough to make the bench for Milan, while Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a certain starter for the Rossoneri and Olivier Giroud will be a substitute.
