Paolo Di Canio thinks that signing Dusan Vlahovic doesn’t guarantee Juventus a place in the top four of Serie A.

Vlahovic, 22, made the move from Fiorentina in a deal worth around €75 million in January and although the Serbian striker – currently joint top-scorer in Serie A with 17 goals – has signed, Di Canio says that the Bianconeri shouldn’t get ahead of themselves.

“Anything can happen, and even with Vlahovic, Juventus have many good teams ahead of them,” Di Canio told Il Corriere dello Sport. “Champions League qualification still hangs in the balance regardless.

“Juventus need to study a system to fit him [Vlahovic] and Alvaro Morata together if they are to be successful.

“It wouldn’t make sense to use Vlahovic as a second striker though, so Juventus need to work that out. With the midfielders that they have, I’m sure that the right man to feed the forwards is [Paulo] Dybala”.
