AC Milan have not relented in their pursuit of Genoa goalkeeper Mattia Perin with new talks scheduled for today.

The Rossoneri have long been admirers of the 21 year-old despite his repeated attempts to clarify his position at Genoa.

However Corriere della Sera understands Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani will meet with the club for discussions.

Galliani is celebrating his 70th birthday on Wednesday and will hoping Genoa president Enrico Preziosi will be feeling charitable.

The Grifone have also registered an interest in Milan defender Cristian Zaccardo which could be a part of the meeting.

Zaccardo would more than likely act as a replacement for the Sassuolo-bound Sime Vrsaljko.
