Inter became the latest Serie A club to give us a glimpse of what they’ll be wearing next season in what was a busy, and unusual week for the Nerazzurri.

The club made an official statement last week, which revealed the San Siro club would wear a variation of their traditional crest going forward. With not really much change being evident in the ‘new’ crest, most people were left discussing how many beverages the person responsible for the statement enjoyed before the release given the wording of the statement which began by encouraging fans to imagine a romantic scene with their spouse.

The new kit is a product of Nike’s Dri-Fit technology and includes laser cut ventilation holes beneath the each arm.

Nike have attempted to continue to grow their eco-friendly reputation as they persist with their efforts to make the kits by using recycled plastic bottles. On average, 18 plastic bottles are used in the production of each shirt.

The home shirt is quite different to what we’ve come to expect to see from Inter, with it being primarily black with thin, blue, vertical pinstripes completing the traditional black and blue combination.

I am happy to say that the button up neck and collar combination continues to make a return in this one with the shirt incorporating a small black collar with a thin blue strip at the tip.
