AC Milan lining up January move for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder

AC Milan are the latest team to be interested in Tottenham’s Sandro. The midfielder was an integral part of Harry Redknapp’s team last season, but since suffering an injury and with the introduction of Scott Parker, he may have to look for first team football elsewhere.

The Rossoneri have an aging midfield, with Gennaro Gettuso suffering a potentially career threatening eye problem, Mark van Bommel considering a return to Holland and Clarence Seedorf possibly retiring.

Therefore manager Massimiliano Allegri is looking to rebuild his team around the highly-rated Sandro, who impressed him with a man-of-the-match display against the Milan in last season’s Champions League.

This new-look midfield would also include two other Brazilians; Ganso of Santos and Sao Paulo’s Casimiro. The Italian club are looking to spend around £40m on the trio; with £25m on both Ganso and Casimiro, with a further £15m on Sandro.

Tottenham paid £14m for the 22-year-old, so given that he is on a long contract they may be unwilling to let him go if Redknapp wants to keep him in the squad.

Manchester United have also been linked with Sandro in the past, but given Alex Ferguson’s midfield options it is unlikely he would be a first team regular.

In reality if Milan are serious about signing this player they may need their CEO, Adriano Galliani, to sanction a much larger bid, but whether he will want to go much higher is another matter.

    1. Sandro cost Spurs about £8 million, not £14 million.

    2. He is not for sale.

    3. He has been injured for most of this season but will be an integral part of the first team once he gets a run of games without further injury. He is very, very highly rated by Harry Redknapp and by Spurs fans.

    4. If he was for sale (and just to repeat, he isn’t), Spurs wouldn’t let him go for anything like as little as £15 million.

Yet again another load of old bollocks about Sandro and AC Milan. Earlier in the year it was Sandro in exchange for the Arsenal has been Flamini which turned out to be pure cods wallop as this lattle fairy tale is. Are you out of our mind or living in cloud cuckoo land. The boy has been with Spurs for one year, been through a string of injuries and just because it is going to be difficult for him to get a look in at the moment because of Scott Parkers current form, Spurs are going to let him go/sell him, are you mad? Sandro is on a long contract at Spurs, they value him very highly, he is certainly not one of the players on their to sell list, we bought him for £14m a year ago and now you Italians think that we are going to sell him for a mere £15m after a year. Please, go check yourself into a mental clinic pronto, it’s obvious you need some help because youre suffering from some sort of delusional problem. I would hurry if I were you.

Sandro will not be sold, Parker is no spring chicken and despite his excellent start to his Tottenham career, he will still need to be replaced at varying times, with Sandro the #1 choice. Sandro will stay at Tottenham and will not be sold, Tottenham fans know this and is pretty stupid to write these articles as all it shows is complete naivety.

this story is boring me now ,seems to me that it’s just another story to unsettle a player,if he wanted to go maybe he would be looking for a club with more ambition than an ailing italian team.
