Inter are set to discuss the possibility of purchasing the services of Tottenham winger Aaron Lennon when the two sides face eachother in the Europa League next week.

The two clubs are both through to the round of 16 and when they meet Inter will take the opportunity to enquire about the 25-year-old Spurs winger.

According to Corriere dello Sport newspaper, the Italian giants will use the match to open negotiations over Lennon.

Inter have previously tried to bring the England international to the San Siro but the move never materialised and yet again, the Nerazzurri face an uphill task to sign the speedy winger as he recently signed a four-year contract extension last summer.

This season, Lennon has made 30 appearances, scoring five and assisting eight goals.

Probably one of the most ridiculous rumours ever, why would Spurs sell Lennon anyway, but for £8 mill? Come on, why print this rubbish
