Juan Quintero - PescaraAC Milan have reignited their interest in signing Juan Fernando Quintero from relegated side Pescara.

The Colombian enjoyed an impressive campaign last season that has caught the attention of Europe’s biggest sides.

Tuttomercatoweb claims Genoa are closing in on Quintero and that Milan are closely following proceedings.

Vice-president Adriano Galliani is thought to be an admirer of the Pescara midfielder and may be influencing the transfer.

Milan have become known for their dealings with Genoa in recent years with Kevin Prince Boateng and Stephan El Shaarawy both involved in transactions between the two clubs.

Quintero has been representing his country at the FIFA U-20 World Cup recently, alongside new Milan recruit Jherson Vergara.

The 20 year-old appeared in 17 Serie A games for Pescara scoring once and assisting twice.
