Matej Vydra - WatfordIt has come to light that Matej Vydra’s imminent future in his footballing career will lie either in the Serie A or the Premier League, and not in the Bundesliga, as first thought.

The young Czech performed astonishingly well in the Championship for Watford last season while on loan from Udinese, which has made him a hot property this summer.

TuttoMercatoWeb.com exclusively revealed that Vydra’s  agent had a meeting in Milan over the Udinese striker’s future.

The meeting was there to help reduce the options available to Vydra so his prospected move could advance quicker.

It has now been decided that he will not be plying his trade in Germany as the striker would prefer to play in Italy or England.

Several English clubs have been linked with a move for him this Summer with Swansea City and Sunderland appearing to be the front runners.

The move however would only be a loan deal as neither club will pay the substantial £8 million fee that Udinese are holding out for.

Okay why would Pozzo s loan him to a non pozzo club ?
He will be sold for £15m or he will play for watford or Udinese . I think he will be at watford till xmas prove that he wasnt a one season wonder and then be sold! a one season loan away from the pozzo family makes no economic of financial sense.
Vydras agent has whored him out to all and sundry and last week was adamant he was going to Werder Bremen !! the bloke is a cock of the highest order ,be hilarious if Matej did return and prove his agent to be a right chump.
