Four Italians have been named in the UEFA Under-21 Championship All-Star squad in which the Azzurrini finished runners-up to Spain.
La Roja dominated the team with 11 members from their championship side, including Player of the Tournament Thiago Alcantara.
Francesco Bardi, Luca Caldirola, Marco Verratti and Fabio Borini were the Italians named to the squad after impressing at the tournament in Israel
Spain’ Alvaro Morata took home the Golden Boot after finishing with four goals.

I wasn’t much impressed by the Italian captain. I thought Capuano and Donati played better games overall than Caldirola.
I agree with LemonC…Capuano looks the only defender that has the potential to make it. And Danati puts the current senior right backs to shame.
