Genoa - Udinese - FreyGenoa are set to part ways with first choice goalkeeper Sebastien Frey as he prepares for a move to Turkey with Bursaspor.

La Repubblica are reporting that president Enrico Preziosi is happy to part ways with the goalkeeper who is one of the highest earners at the Marassi.

This is due to the fact that he is now willing for the club to put their faith in promising talent Mattia Perin, who spent last season on loan at Pescara.

The former Fiorentina goalkeeper, who has been with the Grifoni for the past two seasons, is understood to be open to such a move especially given the fact that they have Champions League this season and he would welcome the chance to again take part in that competition.
