Mamadou Sakho PSGParis Saint Germain coach Laurent Blanc has confirmed AC Milan target Mamadou Sakho is unsettled at the club.

The 23 year-old has been linked with a move to the Rossoneri following his omission from the French national team by Didier Deschamps.

“It’s true, Sakho wants to find a solution and the club’s position is clear,” Blanc told reporters at PSG’s training complex.

“Before 2nd September and the end of the transfer window, the situation is sure to develop.”

Sakho has struggled following the arrival of Thiago Silva and Alex with the recent signing of Marquinhos meaning his chances of regular first team football may be limited for the upcoming campaign.

“We will try and find the best solution for the player and the club,” Blanc concluded.

Reports suggest a loan deal could be arranged to take the Frenchmen away from the Parc de Princes as quickly as possible. Il Diavolo are favourites for Sakho’s signature but could face competition from both Fiorentina and Liverpool.

The Parisian sides former captain made 27 Ligue 1 appearances last season as PSG were crowned league champions.
