Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal has admitted he would be delighted to play for Real Madrid.

The Chilean featured for the Bianconeri during their 2-1 defeat to Los Blancos on Wednesday night, a result that leaves the Italians with just two points from their first three matches in the Champions League.

The Chilean had been linked with a move to the Spanish giants over the summer and his latest comments will no doubt open the door to a possible move at the end of the season.

“Playing for Real Madrid would be great, let’s see what happens,” he told Radio Onda Cero after the match.

With Juventus president Andrea Agnelli recently stating that he would be open to selling Paul Pogba if an irrefutable offer were made for his services, it is believed that the Bianconeri would seek close to €40 million for Vidal.

Vidal joined the Bianconeri from Bayer Leverkusen in 2011 for €10.5 million and has gone on to score 26 goals in 91 appearances for the Italian giants.
