Brazilian star Lucas Moura has denied the rumours surrounding him regarding a possible move away from French club Paris Saint-Germaine this January to Juventus.

The midfielder claimed that any whispers of a potential transfer away from the capital club were false, and that he intends to stay at PSG for the foreseeable future.

“Moving next January? That’s all fake, I just got to the club and I want to stay here and become part of the history of this club,” Lucas told Le Parisien.

“I am still young and I have so much to learn here.

“Failed to be called for the national team?  This is the first time in two years, and it’s a hard choice to make.

“I do not regret the choice to play for PSG, rather I am happy to play alongside champions like Ibrahimovic, Cavani and Lavezzi, even if this means a lot of competition.”

Lucas has made 22 league appearances since switching to PSG from Sao Paulo in Brazil, scoring on three occasions.

Under current Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti, PSG won the French league last season, and PSG currently sit in pole position after 14 rounds.

I truly love you for this Lucas. You’re the definition of a loyal player. Have no fear Lucas I assure you that you’ll make Scolari’s list. You are our future.

  2. Great player. Lot of pace. Should definitely make the squad. See Chelsea 2nite? Oscar and Willain cannot match this guy’s pace. Would take Lucas over Hulk at this point too as a winger
