Palmeiras centre-back Henrique will be offered a four year contract by Napoli once the transfer is made official.
Neapolitan newspaper Il Mattino has revealed the details of the transfer which includes a contract until 2018.
Henrique was a part of Barcelona’s La Masia youth academy but returned to Brazil after several loan spells.
Napoli coach Rafa Benitez will be hoping the 27-year-old can provide apt cover for his central defenders.
Henrique was also deployed as a holding midfielder under Luiz Felipe Scolari at Palmeiras.
