Italian club Juventus are reportedly monitoring the situation of a number of players of French club Paris Saint-Germain as they prepare themselves for the likely departure of Paul Pogba.

The French midfielder is supposedly on top of PSG’s shopping list come next transfer window. However, the Old Lady now seem interested in a cash plus player exchange deal to replace the 20-year-old with one of the French club’s own starlets.

And according to reports in the Gazzetta dello Sport, the Bianconeri’s sporting director Fabio Paratici was spotted in Germany during the French club’s 4-0 demolition of Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League round of 16.

It is believed that Paratici is keeping tabs on a number of players like Marco Verratti and Lucas Moura. Also in the mix are Jeremy Menez, whose contract expires next June, Brazilian defender Alex and Thiago Motta.

But it remains to be seen if any player would desert the cash-engulfed club in Paris and move to Turin.

Juventus are currently on top of the Serie A table with 66 points and are on track for their third successive Scudetti.
