AC Milan Hachim MastourAC Milan youth player Hachim Mastour has reportedly decided to represent Morocco at international level.

The 16 year-old was born in Reggio Emilia and has yet to make his senior debut for the Rossoneri, though he has starred for Milan’s Primavera side and also saw action for the Italian Under-16s.

Gazzetta dello Sport has revealed Mastour is just one step away from quitting the Azzurri for Morocco, suggesting he has accepted an invitation to represent the Atlas Lions when they face Libya on June 12.

The player’s family and agent are reportedly behind the decision to switch allegiance from Italy.

Should Mastour take to the field for Morocco then he would be unable to represent the Azzurri.

it´s normal because Mastour was shocked by the fate of other moroccans in Europe like Munir el Haddadi who was tricked by spanish Delbosque to play just few minutes for la Roja so he could never go to morocco, after this few minutes he was rejected by delbosqué and will never be called.

same fate for Qaboul another moroccan lured by french trainer to play for france and then thrown away like garbage!!

better play for Morocco, its real homeland, who is in dire need for new talents like Mastour and boufal than Italy which is already full of stars and where he will have an unknown futur.
