Sampdoria’s Samuel Eto’o is on the verge of completing his move to Turkey to join Antalyaspor.
Antalyaspor club president Gultekin Gencer had already contacted the player’s representatives to discuss the move.
The club published a picture on their official website of Eto’o departing for Turkey, where he is expected to sign his new contract and complete his transfer.
After a disappointing stint with Everton, Sampdoria signed the 34-year-old on a two-year deal in January 2015. The Cameroonian striker played 18 times for Samp in Serie A, scoring two goals and making three assists.
