Stevan Jovetic Manchester CityDeparting Manchester City striker Stevan Jovetic has publicly thanked the Premier League side ahead of his imminent return to Serie A with Inter.

The Montenegro International completed his medical with the Nerazzurri on Tuesday and is set to finalise the deal in the forthcoming days.

“I would like to thank my team-mates, the stuff[sic] and the people at the club for this two years,” said Jovetic on his personal Instagram account.

“Was a great pleasure to be a part of this team! I wish you to win all four trophies this year.”

The player will move to Stadio Giuseppe Meazza initially on a one-year loan deal for €3 million before becoming a permanent player for an additional €12m next season.

He made only 30 appearances in two seasons for the Citizens, scoring eight goals.
