Juventus are reportedly making attempts to sign Tottenham playmaker Christian Eriksen.

The Bianconeri are still in the hunt for an attacking midfielder, after Julian Draxler and Mario Gotze eluded their grasp, and with the days of the transfer window running out the Italians have turned their attention to Tottenham’s Eriksen.

Ekstra Bladet report that Juventus are prepared to launch a bid for the Denmark international.

However, Tottenham have no intention of selling their prized asset, and are in no need of the extra finance that would come about from a sale.

Eriksen has been a revelation since his move to London from Ajax in 2013, netting 17 English Premier League goals since.

Massimiliano Allegri’s side are chasing a replacement for Arturo Vidal, who departed earlier in the summer for Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga.
