“I don’t know if we deserve more points than we currently have,” he told Mediaset Premium.
“The league table looks like this, and we take the points we have got.”
Galliani then talked about 25-year-old Italian international Balotelli, who joined the club for the second time this summer on loan from Premier League side Liverpool, and despite competition from other new signings up front in Carlos Bacca and Luiz Adriano, Galliani believes Balotelli will find his place in the squad soon.
“[Coach Sinisa] Mihajlovic knows how to do his job, it’s difficult to play three strikers together from the start,” he said.
“There will be space for everyone, the time for Mario will come.”
