Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio has reportedly spent two days in London scouting potential January transfer targets in this week’s European fixtures.

Ausilio was said to have watched Chelsea’s Champions League win over Dynamo Kiev as well as Tottenham Hotspur’s Europa League victory over Anderlecht, with a number of players reportedly on the shortlist.

According to the BBC, Erik Lamela and Jan Vertonghen were among the players being considered from White Hart Lane, while Youri Tielemans (18) and Leander Dendoncker (20) of Anderlecht were also on Ausilio’s radar.

Meanwhile, the Kiev trio of Aleksandar Dragovic, Domagoj Vida and Andriy Yarmolenko were players of interest in Wednesday night’s Champions League fixture at Stamford Bridge.

Inter currently sit at the top of the Serie A table however president Eric Thohir has hinted that the Nerazzurri may be active in the January transfer window.

The Italians are so deluded. They have no hope and Bob Hope of getting either Lamela or Vertonghen away from Spurs. These stupid rumours are so far fetched but you just got to laugh.
