El-Kaddouri-NapoliFollowing Napoli’s comfortable 5-2 victory over Legia Warsaw in the Europa League on Thursday evening, midfielder Omar El Kaddouri acknowledged the Partenopei were pleased with their recovery.

Maurizio Sarri’s side lost to Bologna in their previous game and the former Empoli tactician had demanded a response.

“We knew that Bologna was not a good game and we did not play well enough ,” El Kaddouri admitted to Sky Sport after the win.

“Tonight, however, except the goals we conceded, it was a good performance.

“Sarri got a little mad about the second goal, we relaxed after scoring the fifth.

“We know that the coach hates these things and we noticed immediately.

“The coach made it clear this evening that we must have the right mindset to get the most out of the match against Roma.”
