Former AC Milan attacking midfielder Ronaldinho expressed his love for the club where he spent three years.

The 35-year-old enjoyed the leadership provided by Silvio Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani to him during his time at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

“I remember when I left Milan, I had the chance to join Flamengo who were the club I used to dream about and I couldn’t miss the chance to play in the Copa Libertadores, it all happened very quickly,” said Ronaldinho to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“Milan was really special as a club and different from the others.

“Berlusconi and Galliani were both like fathers to me.

“I really miss Italy, I miss Milan but I also miss Paris and Barcelona.

“I went to Paris Saint-Germain when I was very young and they were a launching pad for me and I had the great joy of playing for some of Europe’s biggest teams.”

Ronaldinho made 76 Serie A appearances and scored 19 goals for the Rossoneri and he was part of the side which won the 2010-11 Scudetto.

Of course Milan is different than other clubs because it has the greatest fans and atmosfere in the world.
To bad Dinho didn’t play at Milan at his peak of the career but still he will be remembered to the fans as the great champion that played for Milan.
