Serie A leaders Juventus are rumoured to be on the tracks of Lazio’s goalkeeper Federico Marchetti.
The Bianconeri are reportedly considering signing the 33-year-old during the summer transfer window.
According to Tuttosport, the Turin side are keen on finding a substitute for the Brazilian keeper Neto, who could be leaving the Juventus Stadium to earn more playing time.
The former Fiorentina No.1 has struggled during this season with the Bianconeri, starting on only five occasions, after moving to Juventus last summer.
Marchetti is therefore reportedly being considered to replace Neto as Gianluigi Buffon’s backup, signing what could be his career’s last contract.
The Biancocelesti goalkeeper has accumulated 25 Serie A appearances during this season, managing to keep a clean sheet on 10 separate occasions.
