AC Milan and West Ham United meaning striker Carlos Bacca looks set to sign for the English side.

Previous reports claimed that Bacca had rejected the Premier League club due to his wage demands not being met, but further discussions between both parties have reached a deal that means the Colombian international is all set for a move to the Olympic Stadium.

According to Premium Sport, West Ham’s previous limit of a €4m-per-year salary has been lifted to €4.5m, with Milan and Bacca willing to decrease their demand of €5m per annum to match.

The 29-year-old moved to Milan from Sevilla last summer and was a big part of the Serie A side’s efforts last season, starting all but two of their league games and scoring 18 goals in the process.
