New Watford boss Walter Mazzarri is expected to bring in former colleagues Juan Camilo Zuniga and Christian Maggio from Napoli.
The 54-year-old joined the English Premier League side this summer but took charge of Napoli between 2009 and 2013, guiding them to a Coppa Italia victory and a second place finish in Serie A.
According to sportmediaset.it, Zuniga is expected to join Watford’s training camp in Austria while Mazzarri will work to finalise a deal for Maggio.
Colombian international Zuniga has played in a Napoli shirt since 2009 apart from a short loan spell to Bologna, and the defender has scored four goals and assisted 19 in 162 games in all competitions.
Fellow defender and Italy international Maggio, meanwhile, joined the club a year earlier and has appeared 276 in all competitions, scoring 23 goals and assisting another 33.
