Arsenal prepare offer for Torino defender
Their league rivals Manchester City had previously been preparing an offer for the 26-year-old but there have since been little developments, making it possible that Arsenal would be ahead of them in the race to sign Peres.
Reports from Tuttosport suggest that they will take the opportunity they have to submit an offer worth around €16 million in the hopes it will convince the Granata to let the Brazilian right-back go.
However, they will have to move quickly as German Bundesliga side Wolfsburg are also reportedly interested in Peres’ services.
